Gourmet Decaf Coffee

Coffee is America’s beverage of choice and gourmet decaf coffee seems to be quite popular as well. If you are like many of the coffee drinkers in the world, you enjoy a relaxing cup of decaf coffee after a good meal.

Still a mystery to many is how they remove the caffeine from the coffee bean. My thought on this is who cares if you enjoy the taste of a good cup of gourmet decaf coffee.

So what is the obsession with coffee anyway? Is it a “trendy” thing, maybe people drink it because it is what everybody does? Could it be that having a cup of gourmet decaf coffee after a meal is simply something to do while you engage in conversation? Just what makes it so popular?
