You Didn't Get That Way Overnight

What a great morning to just sit around the house and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The weather forcast calls for rain and that makes for a perfect day inside relaxing.

Maybe pop some cinnamon rolls in the oven and enjoy them with my coffee. As much as I love cinnamon rolls, and they sure can destroy a waste line along with all the other sweets we love, I can't help but think about all the people struggling with excess weight gain and how they struggle to lose weight and burn the fat.

Think about this, in the Dallas Morning News, there is an article that states Americans alone, spend about $35 billion on dieting resources and products each year. The sad part is that 6 out of 10 are still over their healthy weight.

So how are we supose to keep our weight down, and bodies healthy. Maybe pop a few "diet" pills? Not for me. Maybe a low carb, high protein, no fun diet. I don't think so.

There are as many "weight loss" programs and diets as there are stars in the sky. So what works?

After some research I found what I think is one of the best programs you can find to help you burn the fat and gain muscle to keep your weight under control and your body healthy.

Maybe instead of a few cinnamon rolls, I will get up and get some exercise. After all, I know it would be better for me in the long run and make me feel much better.

If you are one of the 6 out of 10 that need some help controling your weight, then check this out now. Burn the fat!

If you are one of the other 4, congratulations!

Enjoy your day!

PS...on a side note, did you know that coffee can have health benefits?
